About the Photo: Well, something different today. I have been thinking of experimenting with macro (or micro!) photography for a while now. If you remember, I used to put up some "macro" snaps of flowers taken using my old digital camera (Canon Powershot S30), but they were just macro-ish. Being a poor student, I can't afford a proper macro lens just yet, so I invested in extension tubes instead. Just got a set of three Kenko extension tubes this morning and tried out one of them with my 50mm prime lens....and...here is the result. Hope you like it! Its a core of an orchid that is in our kitchen window.
