About the Photo: Its been nearly two weeks since I last went out taking pictures. This weekend has been excellent so far - warm and sunny. Cycled to the city centre after breakfast this morning and spent about a couple of hours taking pictures and enjoying the sunshine. Only after transferring photographs to the computer did I realised that they were mostly overexposed as the sunlight was so bright. Anyway, I tried to make up for it by tweaking colours and lightness a bit. Its not great but I guess better than how it was originally. I was taking few shots of this ruins in the Museum Gardens here in York, trying to capture this guy (in white) enjoying the sunshine within the complex, reading his book through this arch. This Japanese gentleman (in black) suddenly appeared out of nowhere and started taking pictures of the walls, keeping quite close to the other person, who seemed a bit annoyed really. So, this is basically the story of this photograph. I love taking pictures of these ruins and I don't think I had taken from this angle with my digicam before...so here is a first too!
