About the Photo: The summer has really begun here in York. It was a really warm hot day today... sadly, I was inside most of the day working trying to get some work done. I did go out once in the afternoon to have a haircut and then afterwards to the supermarket just across the fence! While walking back home from the barber's, I was cursing muself for not carrying the camera as it was such a fine day to capture nice, well lit images. I was also thinking of taking some photographs, either of the sunset or the dusk when there is so much colour in the sky. This came to fruition when I was looking outside my bedroom window around 9pm and suddenly saw this wonderful colour of the sky. I immediately rushed down to the back-garden and took this picture from there. It was taken using one of the auto-settings in my camera.
I always wanted to take pictures when the sky is pink and all colorful
I never get the chance, this is great.
